What Are Custom Vape Pen Boxes?
Vape pen boxes are long, narrow boxes shaped around a pen-style device. Because pens are slim and light, the main job of the box is to hold the device straight and present it well, rather than to absorb heavy impacts.

Designed Around the UK Health Warning
Pens sold with prefilled pods or e-liquid must carry the UK nicotine health warning on the front and back of the unit packaging, covering 30% of each of those surfaces. On a slim box that is a significant area, so we plan the layout around it from the start.
UK rules also cap e-liquid tanks and pods at 2ml and require nicotine products to be child-resistant and tamper-evident. Single-use disposable vapes are banned from sale in the UK, so pen boxes here are designed for rechargeable pens and refills.
