What Are Vape Pod Boxes?
Vape pod boxes are made for pod systems: a small rechargeable device that takes replaceable or refillable pods. Most brands need two lines of packaging, a kit box for the device with one or two pods, and a smaller box for packs of replacement pods.
Since single-use vapes were banned from sale in the UK in June 2025, many brands have moved to rechargeable pod kits and prefilled refill pods. Packaging that makes the kit feel premium, and makes refills easy to find by variant and strength, helps customers stay with your system.

Packaging Pod Systems for the UK
In the UK, prefilled nicotine pods are limited to 2ml and 20mg/ml of nicotine. Their unit packaging must be child-resistant and tamper-evident, carry the nicotine health warning on the front and back covering 30% of each surface, and include an information leaflet.
A kit box needs the same warning if any pod in the kit contains nicotine. Single-use vapes cannot be sold in the UK, so make sure your device is rechargeable and takes replaceable or refillable pods. The government is also consulting on plainer packaging for vapes, and we can adapt your design if the rules change.

Can one box hold the device and spare pods?
Yes. We cut the insert so the device, each pod and the cable have their own cavity.
Do refill pod packs need to be child-resistant?
In the UK, packs of prefilled nicotine pods must be child-resistant and tamper-evident. Our press-and-slide packs are designed for this.
Do you make packaging for disposable vapes?
Single-use vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since June 2025, so we design pod packaging for rechargeable devices and refill pods.
How do I show different variants and strengths?
