Inserts That Fit Every Part of the Kit
We start with the exact dimensions of each component. From those we design the insert layout, check the weight balance and produce a sample so you can test the fit before production. Card inserts are fully recyclable; EVA foam gives a snug, premium fit for heavier devices.
If the kit includes nicotine e-liquid or prefilled pods, the outer box must carry the UK health warning on the front and back. UK rules also limit tank capacity to 2ml, so make sure the tank and any spare glass in the kit meet that limit.
