Labelling Soap in the UK
Soap sold as a cosmetic in the UK must be labelled with information such as the ingredients list, the name and address of the Responsible Person, the nominal quantity, a batch number and any precautions for use. We plan the panels so all of it fits without crowding your design.
Natural soaps can release oils, so uncoated kraft and card may mark over time. If that is a concern, we can suggest a coated board, a liner or a sleeve that leaves the ends of the bar open to the air.
